Example: Evoked responses from rat spinal cord slices

Micrographs of a rat spinal cord slice showing the position of over an 8 x 8 microelectrode array (MED-P210A probe , 100μm inter-polar distance) centered over the dorsal horn. Bipolar stimulation is delivered using electrodes located at the edge of dorsal root (marked in red).

Distribution of field potentials in the different lamina of the dorsal horn evoked by bipolar stimulation of electrodes located at the edge of dorsal root.
